Once you have filled out the questionnaire, please email it to the team for review before our scheduled call to finalize the details. After receiving the questionnaire, our team will arrange a call with you to review it and address any questions you may have. Following this, we will commence work on the policy and procedure, as well as the documentation package for your facility. This entire process will take approximately 3-4 weeks to complete.
